Not so much as an "official romanization" of sorts as it is just taking names you see around the company website and stuff in the game. Like, you wouldn't even know it was called 'Re-creer' unless you looked at the BGM tracks. You could get a glimpse at the heroines' and Synn's names during battle sequences. Melilot's around places also, like on the Passion Star Stream character page. Stuff like that. On the downside, nobody really knows how to spell some villains' names like Soltia/Zortia/Zoltia or Byrous/Bylous. Stuff like that, yeah. ┐(￣ー￣)┌
In addition, some names aren't even pronounced like they're spelled, but also don't have an official romanization (That I can't find, at least). Asukai Shion/Shio is such a case.
I'll put a list here of the romanization of names that's generally accepted in the community with input from what can actually be found in TC products. Given name/Family name format:
